৫০০০+ স্প্লাইস করেছি এই Corelink 60mm দিয়ে। একটাও ফেল হয়নি। স্টিল রড মোটা, হিট করার পর শক্ত হয়ে যায় – হাত দিয়ে ভাঙা যায় না।
আমরা FTTH drop এ শুধু এই 60mm ইউজ করি। ট্রেতে ফিট হয় পারফেক্ট, বাঁক খায় না। আগে যে চাইনিজ মাল ইউজ করতাম ওগুলো ৩-৪ মাস পর ফেটে যেত। Corelink টা ২ বছরেও ঠিক আছে।
Clear sleeve টা খুবই ট্রান্সপারেন্ট, স্প্লাইস পয়েন্ট আগে-পরে চেক করা যায়। হিট করার সময় ৯০-৯৫ সেকেন্ডে পুরা শ্রিঙ্ক হয়। Jilong 260T এর সাথে পারফেক্ট ম্যাচ।
১ প্যাকেটে ১০০ পিস – দামে সস্তা কিন্তু কোয়ালিটি প্রিমিয়াম। Fujikura, Sumitomo সব মেশিনেই চলে। এখন আর ব্র্যান্ডের দামি স্লিভ কিনি না।
বাইরে ড্রপ ক্যাবলে ইউজ করি, বৃষ্টি-রোদে ১৮ মাস হলো – একটাও ফেটে যায়নি। স্টিল রড ১.৫ মিমি মোটা মনে হয়। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ টাকা উসুল।
আগে 45mm ইউজ করতাম, কিন্তু G.657A2 ফাইবারে বেশি বেন্ড হত। 60mm নেয়ার পর বেন্ড লস প্রায় জিরো। এখন শুধু 60mm ই কিনি।
প্যাকেটে প্লাস্টিক ব্যাগে ভালো করে বন্ধ করে দেয় – ধুলো ঢোকে না। ১০০০ পিস অর্ডার দিয়েছিলাম, একটাও খারাপ ছিল না। WSC এর Corelink সবস্তায় সেরা।
হিট করার সময় একটু বেশি ধোঁয়া বের হয় অন্য স্লিভের তুলনায়। তবে শ্রিঙ্ক হয়ে গেলে কোনো সমস্যা নাই। বাকি সব ঠিক আছে।
স্টিল রড টা খুবই শক্ত। একবার হাত দিয়ে বাঁকানোর চেষ্টা করেছি – ভাঙেই নাই। এটা দেখে কাস্টমাররাও ভরসা মন পায়।
এখন Corelink ছাড়া কিছু ভাবি না। সেভিংস অনেক।
