The Jilong KL-33F One-Step All-Metal Fiber Optic Cleaver is designed for professional fiber optic technicians who need fast, accurate and reliable fiber preparation before fusion splicing.

Its body is manufactured using all-metal CNC machining, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The high-precision blade delivers a typical cleaving angle of ≤0.5°, helping ensure clean fiber end faces and consistent fusion splice performance.

One of the biggest advantages of the KL-33F is its long blade lifespan. The replaceable blade supports up to 72,000 cleaving cycles, with approximately 3,000 cleaves per blade position. The blade position can also be adjusted without tools using a simple sliding mechanism.

The cleaver supports a wide range of fibers including 250μm, 900μm, 3.0mm fiber and drop cable, along with 2–12 core multi-core fiber. Three standard fixtures—Universal, Dual-Core and 3-in-1—are included, making it suitable for various fiber installation and maintenance applications.
